Plan and Premium Administration

We provide comprehensive employee benefit  administration. We administer the following types of Plans on a regular basis: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, health reimbursement arrangements, and Section 125. We can also administer other plans, as needed by the client. Our basic services include:

Contribution Billings, Accounting and Eligibility Reporting

Customized to meet each of our client’s specifications and requirements. We prepare reporting to ensure verification of all premium or hourly contributions received to ensure the proper allocation for benefit eligibility. We maintain full accounting of delinquent payments and all disbursement activity.

HIPAA Administration

Full compliance with all aspects of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 including issuance of HIPAA Certificates.

COBRA Administration

All requirements of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 are clearly communicated to participants and COBRA payments are properly processed.

Specialized Fund Administration

In addition to Health Plan Benefit Administration we handle Union Reciprocity, Union Dues, Vacation and Savings Fund, and Auxiliary Funds such as Training. Our automated system allows us to perform full account administration and financial reporting.

Financial Statements

Our in-house professionals prepare all financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis according to client specifications. We administer short-term placement of fund investments at the client’s direction and assist the fund auditor in the completion of all required reporting for full legal financial compliance.

Assistance with plan set up and design, employee communication and enrollment.

Recordkeeping

Full recordkeeping and plan and employee reporting in customized formats.
