We have a client service model which assigns an ongoing team of professionals to each account.  All team members are involved with the client – face-to-face – throughout the year.  We also have a dedicated team of professionals within our office to service your members. By having a local office, your members have the ability to meet with our staff on a personal basis.  The average length of service for our employees is over 14 years.  The stability of our staff is unique in today’s world.  It assures our clients of continuity of service. Because of our long involvement in health benefits consulting and administration and our large client base in the public sector, we are familiar with the laws and regulations involved.  The Health Care Reform Act signed by President Obama will bring many new challenges ahead.  We are committed to educating and reviewing the new policies with our clients as they become effective.

Technology

In addition to customized web pages for each client, links to plan sponsors, on-line eligibility inquiry, claims inquiry and plan documentation are available through customized client websites.  Our clients as well as their members have access to a website that has been custom designed for them.  The website includes all plan documents and forms.  We also offer online enrollment access to our clients.
