Mr. Andresen is the sole owner of United Administrative Services (UAS) and Stephen Chelbay Company (SCC) located in San Jose, California. Mr. Andresen began his career in the insurance industry working for several carriers before joining UAS and SCC. He has over 40 years experience in Group Health Plans and Third Party Administration.

Jean Sukovez

Ms. Sukovez has been with UAS/SCC for over 30 years. Her previous management positions have included Vice President of Claims, VP of Administration and VP of Operations before being promoted to Executive Vice President. Prior to joining the UAS/SCC team, she was with Kaiser Permanente and Blue Cross of California. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, she is the Account Executive on several major accounts and served as past President of HCAA.
