Our wide range of services offered under one roof is an exception within the industry, including our own casualty division, which serves both business and individual accounts.

Our company is composed of privately held corporations originally founded in 1947: United Administrative Services and Stephen Chelbay Company are headquartered in San Jose, California. We provide a unique blend of skills and experience in an organization guided by professionals serving clients in private and public sectors as well as multiple-employer negotiated plans.  Proud to be celebrating over 65 years of excellent service!
